Parking

There is parking at the venue; however, if you plan to drink that night, we ask that you do so safely and in moderation.

Altitude

With so many friends and family traveling to Colorado for this event, we want to make sure everyone is aware of the high altitude. Please drink plenty of water throughout your trip.

Can I Have a Plus One?

Due to capacity constraints, plus ones are only allowed if specified on your invitation. We cannot accommodate additional guests. Please contact Gerry or Francesca with any questions. Thank you for understanding.

Kids

We love children! All children are welcome to join us for this celebration. However, during the ceremony and reception, we kindly ask that if your child is having a moment, you step away and inside the cabin.

Smoking/Vaping

Please use the designated smoking areas on the venue property.

Marijuana

While we understand it is legal in the states of Colorado & Michigan, venue requirements prohibit its use. It is not allowed on the property at the venue, or any events prior to the wedding. If you wish to partake, please do so off-site. Guests with marijuana on-site will be asked to leave the wedding.

Dress Code

We love to see our family and friends dress up! This is a formal event, so dress to impress! The theme of the wedding is garden cocktail. Think floral dresses, and men in suits! This is just a suggestion.

Lodging

We are working to get a hotel block and will update everyone once we have it secured.

Bar Information

We are working with the venue to finalize options that work best for everyone, considering the altitude. Updates will be provided as the date approaches.

External Alcohol

External alcohol is not permitted as per venue rules. All alcohol must be purchased through the venue.
