Weekend Itinerary!
Here is the schedule for the wedding weekend in Colorado. Please plan to arrive early and review the travel page for logistics and hotel details.
All times are in Mountain Standard Time (MST). Make sure to verify your time changes!
Wednesday, July 1st
- 7:00-9:00PM - Welcome event at the Golden Mill - Come and say hi to us before our big day!
Thursday, July 2nd
- 2:30 PM - Bus Arrives at Hotels - Please see the Travel page for hotel location + address.
- 3:00 PM - Bus departs for venue - Blackstone Rivers Ranch - 3673 Chicago Creek Rd, Idaho Springs, CO 80452
- 3:45 PM - Final arrival call before ceremony. Please arrive no later than 3:45 PM.
- 4:00 PM - Ceremony
- 7:00 PM - Dancing and celebration
- 10:00 PM - Wedding conclusion and last shuttle call. Shuttle service stops at the Underground first for the Afterparty. Last stop will be at the Hotels.
- 10:30-12:30 AM - After party at The Down Low in Golden, Colorado. Please note - There will be no shuttle service available at the end of the afterparty!.
